Willie Garfield Simmons, 65, of Falls of Rough, died Sunday, May 6 (1984) at 
Jewish Hospital, Louisville.  He was born February 23, 1919 in Breckinridge 
County.  He was employed by National Office Furniture, and was a member of the 
Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge No. 803. F. & A.M.  
Surviving are:
his wife Lucy
one daughter:
Shirley Jordan,Rt. 6, Clarksville, Tennessee
one son:
William Carroll Simmons, Rt 2, Morgantown
3 grandchildren
Funeral - to be held Wednesday, May 9, at the Macedonia Baptist Church.  Burial 
will be in the church cemetery.  Harl Funeral Home, Fordsville, in charge.
