2006 Trent-Dowell Funeral Home obituaries
Naomi Lee Eskridge Simmons, age 70 of Hardinsburg, Ky died Wednesday, October 
4, 2006 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Breckinridge County 
on March 11,1936, the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Alene Miller Eskridge. 
She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church where she was active in the 
choir. In her younger days, she enjoyed playing tennis and softball.  She loved 
bird watching and feeding the birds.
 
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 9, 2006 at 11 AM CDT at New 
Bethel Baptist Church near Hardinsburg, KY with Rev. Johnny Spray officiating. 
Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 
2:30 - 8:00PM CDT and after 8:30 AM Monday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in 
Hardinsburg, Ky
