OBITUARY
     Hollis D. SMILEY, age 65 of Harned in Breckinridge County, died on 
Saturday, February 8, 1969 at Breckinridge County Hospital, Hardinsburg.  He 
was born in Breckinridge County on July 31, 1903, a son of Frank & Betsy Ann 
CARMAN SMILEY (now deceased).  He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Daisy SMILEY of Harned, Ky
his children:
Robert Franklin SMILEY of Harned, Ky
Mrs. Ruby LUCAS of Hudson, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Mary Ann BOARD of SeRee, Ky (Breckinridge County)
     Funeral services were held on Monday, February 10, 1969 from the 
Fairview Methodist Church under the direction of Dowell Funeral Home, 
Hardinsvurg, and burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
