OBITUARY
MRS. EVELYN PRIEST SMILEY  1933 - 1975
     Mrs. Evelyn PRIEST SMILEY, age 42, of SeRee, Ky., in Breckinridge County, 
died at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg on Friday, September 
19,1975, after a short illness.  Mrs. SMILEY was born on September 9, 1933 in 
Breckinridge County, a daughter of the late Delva PRIEST & Nannie LUCAS PRIEST.
She is survived by:
her husband, Harlan SMILEY
two sons:
Roger Eugene HOWARD of Louisville, Ky
Gerald SMILEY of Louisville, Ky
one daughter:
Linda SMILEY of SeRee, Ky
two brothers:
Charles Milton PRIEST of Indianapolis, Indiana
Curtis PRIEST of Lodiburg, Ky
two sisters:
Mrs. Lorene BUTLER of Indianapolis, Indiana
Mrs. Lida Frances FIGLEY of Indianapolis, Indiana
     The funeral took place on Monday, September 22, 1975 from the Fairview 
United Methodist Church, under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, 
Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.

approximately 3 miles east of Westview, on KY 259.
