OBITUARY
LEONARD P. SMILEY DIES AT 41
     Leonard Preston SMILEY of Louisville, Ky., in Jefferson County, died on 
April 27, 1972 at Louisville General Hospital at the age of 41.
He is survived by:
two sisters:
Mrs. Ann ESWINE of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Irene BURRESS of Hodgenville, Ky
two brothers:
Al SMILEY of Louisville, Ky
Ray SMILEY of Vine Grove, Ky
     Funeral services were held on April 30, 1972 from Fairview United Methodist 
Church, under the direction of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  
Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.

     Mr. SMILEY was born on July 31, 1930, the son of Ruby SMILEY HESLER and
