OBITUARY
     Edinburgh SMITH, age 63 of Custer in Breckinridge County, died Sunday, 
July 20, 1969 at his home.  He was born August 4, 1905 in Custer, a son of 
Peyton & Mary Ethel HARDAWAY SMITH.  He is survived by:
three brothers:
Hubert SMITH of Elizabethtown, Ky (Hardin County)
Harmon SMITH of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Gilbert SMITH of Vine Grove, Ky (Hardin County)
one sister:
Mrs. Ruby JOHNSON of Vine Grove, Ky 
     Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 23, 1969 from the Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, and burial was in the Bennett Cemetery.

I found a single tombstone for Edinburgh SMITH at the:
#0039 Bennett Cemetery, located 1/2 mile north of Custer on Blue Fork Road.
