OBITUARY

     Mr. Robert Franklin SMITH, age 78, of Hardinsburg, died at his residence
suddenly 
Saturday, December 11, 1982.  Mr. SMITH was born in Breckinridge County, the son of
the 
late Hawkins and Belle DOWELL SMITH.  He is survived by:
two daughters
4 grandchildren and one great grandchild
one sister:
Mrs. Anna Mildred HENNINGER of Hardinsburg, Ky
one brother:
Vic SMITH of Route 1, Irvington, Ky (Breckinridge County)
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 14, 1982 from the chapel of the

Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Hensley Cemetery.
