DEATH NOTICE

REVIETT, Annie SMITH, 89 of Medco Center (Nursing Home), Hardinsburg, formerly 
of Cloverport, died Tuesday at Medco Center.
     Services are at 3 p.m. Friday at Missionary Church at Cloverport.  Burial 
in Taul Cemetery, Breckinridge County.
     Visitation at Dhonau-Wallace Funeral Home, Cloverport.

NOTE: her married name is REVLETT, not REVIETT.
