OBITUARY
     Roy SNYDER of Harned, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on Sunday, 
August 27, 1978.  He was born in Breckinridge County on November 10, 1900.
He was preceded in death by his wife, in August 1977.
     Survivors include:
two sisters:
Mrs. Effie St. Clair of Harned, Ky
Mrs. Lena NORTON of Harned, Ky
4 grandchildren; one great grandchild
and several nieces and nephews
     The funeral was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church.  Burial was in the Freedom Cemetery with Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.




Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn 
north immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The 
church lies east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.
