OBITUARY

     James Henry SOSH, an 81 year old Custer, Ky resident of Breckinridge 
County, died on Sunday, June 19, 1988 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, 
Hardinsburg.  He was born August 17, 1906, a son of the late Kelly SOSH and 
Maudie PHIPPS SOSH.  He was a farmer.  A son, Ronald SOSH, preceded him in 
death.
     He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Emma SOSH
five daughters:
Mrs. Marie FORD of Constantine, Ky
Mrs. Hazel LUCAS of Custer, Ky
Mrs. Anna Rae HOKE of Louisville, Ky
Virginia TAYLOR of Brandenburg, Ky
Mrs.Beire Ann BRUNER of Big Spring, Ky
four sons:
Hubert SOSH of Irvington, Ky
James SOSH of Louisville, Ky
Charlie SOSH of Louisville, Ky
MacArthur SOSH of Locust Hill, Ky
two sisters:
Mrs. Eva MINTER
Mrs. Edna LUCAS
40 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 1988 from the 
Stinnettsville Community Church.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery, directed by 
the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.
