Breckinridge County Herald-News, Hardinsburg, Ky; Wednesday, February 13, 1991
Mrs. Lucille Menar Sparrow, 81, of Louisville, died there at her home on 
Friday, February 8 (1991).  Born in Jefferson County on March 23, 1909, a 
daughter of the late Marshall V. Menar and Rosie Lee Sweet.  A member of Ormsby 
Heights Baptist Church.  Her husband, Marshall Sparrow, preceded her in death 
in 1983.  Surviving are:
one daughter:
Rose M. Husband, Louisville
two sons:
John H. Knoop, Louisville
Bill Dunn, Louisville
9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren
Funeral - Monday, February 11, Owen Funeral Home in Louisville, with graveside 
services at noon at the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Falls of Rough
