OBITUARY
     Henry E. STARKS, age 63, died Thursday, November 2, 1961 at St. Anthony 
Hospital in Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County).
Surviving Mr. STARKS are:
one brother:
Gus STARKS of Louisville, Ky
four sisters:
Mrs. Thomas FISHER of Irvington, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Jennie Lee STARKS of Irvington, Ky
Mary STARKS of Louisville, Ky
Fannie HARPER of Louisville, Ky
     Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 4, 1961 with the 
Alexander Funeral Home of Irvington in charge of arrangements.  Graveside 
services were held at the Irvington Cemetery.

Irvington Cemetery for African American burials, is actually called Brooks 
Memorial Cemetery at Irvington, Ky.
