OBITUARY   Page 18
     Mrs. Effie ST. CLAIR, 88 year old Harned resident, died Wednesday, October 
13, 1999, at Medco Center (Nursing Home) of Hardinsburg.  Born in Breckinridge 
County, Mrs. ST. CLAIR was a daughter of the late William and Rillie DRISKELL 
SNYDER.
     She was a homemaker, and a member of the Garfield Baptist Church.  Her 
husband, Gorman W. ST. CLAIR, preceded her in death April 7, 1992.
     Surviving her are:
one stepson
one stepdaughter
14 step-grandchildren; and several step great and step-great great grandchildren
     The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 1999 from the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with burial in Freedom Cemetery.

#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.
