     Donald Ray "Donnie STINNETT, age 71, of Hardinsburg, died on Sunday, May 13,
2018 at 
the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  He was born in Irvington, Ky in 
Breckinridge County on June 13, 1946, the son of the late James "Jiggs" and Mary F.
SMITH 
STINNETT.
     Donnie was a used car salesman for 42 years.  He began his career working with
his 
father and brother at "STinnett's Used Cars".  He later owned "Selected Used Cars"
in 
Hardinsburg.  Donnie served two years in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the
Harned 
United Methodist Church.
     He loved being with friends and family, spending time with grandchildren,
detailing 
cars, and watching race horses.  He enjoyed playing cornhole, croquet, and had a
passion 
for baseball.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by:
one brother:
James William "Jimmy" STINNETT
a brother-in-law:
Leonard ARMES
a niece:
Kim ARMES PHELPS
a nephew:
Eddie ARMES

Mr. STINNETT is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Brenda ARMES STINNETT of Hardinsburg, Ky
two sons
one daughter
5 grandchildren
one brother
a brother-in-law
a sister-in-law
2 nieces and 2 nephews
     Funeral services will be held at Harned United Methodist Church on Saturday,
May 19, 
2018, under the direction of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial
will be 
in the Hensley Cemetery.
