Breckinridge County Herald-News, Hardinsburg, Ky; Wednesday, July 13, 1988
Moses E. Stone, a 71 year old Rt. 3, Hardinsburg resident, died suddenly about 
3 p.m. on Friday, July 5 (1988) while a passenger in a vehicle which was 
traveling on Highway 259 two miles north of Hardinsburg, according to Bobby 
Kennedy, Breckinridge County Sheriff.  Born in Breckinridge County January 22, 
1917, a son of the late Edward Stone and Verna Burton Stone of Hardinsburg, who 
survives.  He was a WW II veteran and retired from TVA in Providence, Ky.  A 
sister, Mrs. Katie Lewis, proceded him in death.  Surviving in addition to his 
mother are:
two sisters:
Mrs. Ann Morgan, Evansville, Indiana
Mrs. Irene Fentress, Hardinsburg
two brothers:
Preston Stone, Fordsville
D. C. Stone, Evansville, Indiana
Funeral - Thursday, July 7
Harl Funeral Home, Fordsville
Burial - Macedonia Cemetery, Rockvale
