Obituary

Mrs. Laura A. THOMAS died Sunday, June 12, 1960 at the Masonic Home (in 
Louisville, Jefferson County), Ky.  The funeral services were held at the 
Irvington Cumberland Presbyterian Church of which she was a member, on 
Tuesday, June 14, 1960.  Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Irvington 
(Breckinridge County), Ky.
Surviving her are:
one daughter:
Mrs. Conrad KAISER (no residence given)
one son:
Earl F. THOMAS, Louisville
one granddaughter and one grandson.
Her husband, Tom THOMAS, died in January.
The THOMAS family lived at Irvington before moving to Louisville many years 
ago.

The cemetery book lists Thomas's death date as January 25, 1962.  I know that 
is incorrect.  See his obituary.
I know Laura A. THOMAS's maiden name is SIPES, because SIPES is one of my 
family surnames.  I added her maiden name from my knowledge of the SIPES 
families of Breckinridge County.
