     Walter T. TUCKER, age 90, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died 
Wednesday August 4, 1999, at his daughter's home in Leitchfield, Ky., (Grayson 
County).
     Mr. TUCKER was born September 28, 1908 in Hudson, a son of the late Glennie 
Dale and Moma LaGRAND TUCKER.  He was a retired farmer, a member of the Hudson 
United Methodist Church, Hudson Lodge #262 F&AM, and a 50-year member of Modern 
Woodmen of America.
     His wife, Mrs. Hilda TUCKER, preceded him in death, as well as a son, Bobby 
TUCKER, and a brother, Henderson W. TUCKER.
Survivors include:
two daughters
two sons
one brother:
Eldridge TUCKER of Louisville, Ky
13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 8, 1999 at the Hudson 
United Methodist Church with burial in the Hudson Cemetery.  A Masonic service 
was conducted at the graveside.  Watson & Hunt Funeral Home, Leitchfield, was in 
charge of the arrangements.
