TUCKER, age 70, a civilian barber at Fort Knox, Ky. for 17 years, died Thursday at Veterans Hospital in Louisville (Jefferson County), Ky. His home was at 219 Merriman Drive (where? Louisville?). He was born and reared in Cloverport (Breckinridge County), Ky. He retired from Fort Knox 12 years ago due from ill health. He was a member of St. Matthews Methodist Church, the Zachary Taylor American Legion Post, Louisville, and the Masonic Lodge & Order of the Eastern Star, both at Vine Grove (Hardin County), Ky. Surviving him are: his wife, the former Lydia WALLS one son: Capt. Nathaniel Lee TUCKER, Washington, D. C. one brother: Mike L. TUCKER (no residence given) three sisters: Mrs. Carrie FREEMAN, Cloverport, Ky. Mrs. Bernice PARSON, Cloverport, Ky. Mrs. Charles JACKSON, Louisville, Ky. The body was at Pearson Funeral Home Saturday, December 3, 1960. Burial was in the family lot in Cloverport Cemetery. Pallbearers: Capt. E. B. JONES Lt. Kenneth RUSSELL Sgt. Billie SHERRARD Sgt.
