OBITUARY   Page 5
     Ms. Lisa Marie VAUGHN, age 23, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana (East Baton 
Rouge Parish), formerly of Hardinsburg, Ky., died on Thursday, July 5, 2001 at 
her residence following an illness.  Ms. VAUGHN was born in Pittsburg, 
Pennsylvania (Allegheny County).  She was employed as cashier/clerk in 
restaurants, and was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church.  Survivors 
include:
her mother and step-father
her father
her grandmother
step-grandparents
four sisters
and one nephew
     The funeral was held on Monday, July 9, 2001 at New Bethel Baptist Church 
with burial in the New Bethel Cemetery.  Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, 
Hardinsburg, was in charge of arrangements.
