OBITUARY
     Mrs. Hettie Anne VAUGHN, age 75 of Hawesville, Ky., Route 1 (Hancock 
County), died last Week on Monday, January 4, 1961 at the Furrow Rest Home in 
Hardinsburg, Ky (Breckinridge County).
Mrs. VAUGHN is survived by:
one daughter:
Mrs. Edward HENNING of Route 1, Hawesville, Ky
one son:
Robert VAUGHN of Route 1, Hawesville, Ky
one sister:
Mrs. Charles RILEY of Tell City, Indiana (Perry County)
four brothers:
Benton RAY of Velasco, Texas (Brazoria County)
Clarence RAY of Cloverport, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Vernon RAY of Lewisport, Ky (Hancock County)
Ernest RAY of Lewisport, Ky
one half sister:
Mrs. Pauline SHADWICK of Lewisport, Ky
14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren

     The funeral services were held on Saturday, January 9, 1961 at the 
Hawesville Methodist Church, and burial was in the Hawesville Cemetery. 




Additional Comments:
There were two obituaries for her on the same page.  The second obit in colume 
5, gave her death date, and stated her brother Vernon RAY lived in Owensboro, 
Ky (Daviess County) not in Lewisport, Ky.
