DIED SATURDAY.

Smith E. Waggoner Gone to His Reward -- Well Known and Respected Man of Hites Run.

The funeral of Mr. Smith E. Waggoner was held Sunday afternoon at Hites Run.  The
services were conducted by the Rev. John Winchell.  Mr. Waggoner had been ill since
March, and death was a relief to him when he passed away Saturday night.

He was sixty-four years of age, and was well known over the county.  He was a good
man and a member of the Hites Run Church.  The following children survive: Mrs. Jos.
Smart, Miss Ida Waggoner, Chas. and Frank Waggoner.
