OBITUARY
Mildred L. WALTERS, age 89, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Thursday, 
August 23, 2018 at Woodland Country Manor Nursing Home.  She was born May 1, 
1929 in Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County to the late Harvey and Iva Mae 
CARMAN ALLGOOD.  She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and 
homemaker.  Mildred is survived by:
two sons
one daughter
6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren
one brother:
Gerald ALLGOOD
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, 
Raleigh "Pete" WALTERS.     Visitation will be Friday, August 31, 2018 from 
11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service following at the 
funeral home with Dan Flory - Celebrant, officiating, at the Baker-Stevens-
Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Avenue, Middletown, Ohio 45042  Interment
will be at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
     In lieu of flowers, please donate to P.A.W.S. Adoption Center, Monroe, 
Ohio

Additional Comments:
Mildred's parents, Harvey and Iva Mae CARMAN ALLGOOD were both born and 
raised in Breckinridge County, Ky.  Unknown when they moved to Louisville, 
Ky.
Middletown, Ohio is in Butler and Warren Counties in Ohio, about 29 miles 
north of Cincinnati.
