OBITUARY

     Bernard WETHINGTON, a 75-year-old Hardinsburg resideent, died on Friday, 
January 18, 1985, at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  He was born 
in Breckinridge County on September 23, 1909, a son of the late Paul D. and 
Minnie Lee MATTHEWS WETHINGTON.  He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Teresa WETHINGTON
four sisters:
Mrs. Irene MILLER of Rhodelia, Ky (Meade County)
Mrs. Dora Mae BRUINGTON of Harned, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Regina OELZE of Hardinsburg, Ky
Mrs. Pauline HENNINGER of Mt. Sterling, Illinois (Brown County)
four brothers:
Golan WETHINGTON of Ekron, Ky (Meade County)
Joe WETHINGTON of Hardinsburg, Ky
James WETHINGTON of Hardinsburg, Ky
Maurice WETHINGTON of Hawesville, Ky (Hancock County)
     Funeral services were conducted on Monday, January 21, 1985, from the 
Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, with burial in the New Bethel 
Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
Bernard WETHINGTON and his wife, Mrs. Teresa Ellen COOMES WETHINGTON, have a
tombstone.
