OBITUARY

     Mrs. Teresa Ellen WETHINGTON, age 77, of Hardinsburg, died on Tuesday, 
August 13, 1985 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg, after a 
brief illness.  She was born in Daviess County, Ky on November 24, 1907, a 
daughter of the late William P. and Mary Lee CLARK COOMES.  She was a 
housewife, and a member of the St. Romuald Catholic Church, Hardinsburg.  Her 
husband, Bernard WETHINGTON, preceded in death in January 1985.  She is 
survived by:
two sisters:
Mrs. Mary Agnes HINTON of Hardinsburg, Ky
Mrs. Catherine WETHINGTON of Ekron, Ky (Meade County)
and several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services were held on Friday, August 16, 1985 at the St. Romuald 
Catholic Church, Hardinsburg, with the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, 
in charge of arrangements.  Burial was in the New Bethel Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
Bernard WETHINGTON and his wife, Mrs. Teresa Ellen COOMES WETHINGTON, have a 
tombstone.
