OBITUARY
     Leo WHEATLEY, age 71, died on Tuesday, October 31, 1961, at his home in 
Hardinsburg, Ky (Breckinridge County).  He was Police Judge of Hardinsburg, Ky 
until ill health forced him to retire 6 months ago.  He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Edna WHEATLEY
five sons:
Golden WHEATLEY of Hardinsburg, Ky
Jesse WHEATLEY of Hardinsburg, Ky
Ira WHEATLEY of Hardinsburg, Ky
Paul WHEATLEY of Maceo, Ky (Daviess County near Yelvington)
Lloyd MATTINGLY of Tucson, Arizona (Pima County)
five daughters:
Mrs. Juanita BURNETTE of Owensboro, Ky (Daviess County)
Mrs. Dorothy BRUINGTON of Owensboro, Ky
Mrs. Inez JONES of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Mrs. Edna WEBB of Furth, Germany
Mrs. Al Dos Santos of Washington, D.C.
one brother:
James WHEATLEY of Beresford, South Dakota (lies in Lincoln & Union Counties)
three sisters:
Mrs. Elizabeth SPENCER of Clarksville, Indiana (Clark County)
Mrs. Ruth PEYTON of Clarksville, Indiana
Mrs. Maude POTTS of California
     Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 1963 from the 
Hardinsburg Methodist Church.  The body is at the Dowell Funeral Home in 
Hardinsburg, Ky.  (no burial place given)
