Page 8, Column 5 (same issue November 16, 1904) YOUNG GIRL DIES -- Lora, the 12-year-old daughter B. W. WHITEHOUSE, died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday night, November 12, 1904, of a complication of diseases. She had been ill for some time. There were no funeral services on account of the absence of Father BREY, Pastor of the church of which her father was a member. The interment was at St. Mary's graveyard at Mattingly. Additional Comments: I did not find a tombstone for Lora WHITEHOUSE or her father in the Breckinridge County Cemetery Book, volume 1, published in 1991. The cemetery where Lora was buried in is the Old St. Mary Cemetery, which is the original burying ground of the present St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. It is located on a gravel road referred to as Cemetery Road. Located in the southwestern part of Breckinridge County.
