OBITUARY

     Mrs. Eliza WHITWORTH, age 69, died on Thursday, February 26, 1970 at her 
home near Custer.  She is survived by:
nine daughters:
Mrs. Catherine STANLEY of Marietta, Ohio (Washington County)
Mrs. Eithel WILMER of Richmond, Virginia (Henrico County)
Mrs. Gene BOWLES of Richmond, Virginia
Mrs. Louise SHARPE of Richmond, Virginia
Mrs. Betty DRAKE of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Mrs. Joan BROCKMAN of Franklin, Indiana (Johnson County)
Mrs. Marion STARGILL of Indianapolis, Indiana (Marion County)
Mrs. Rosann BUNDICK of Baltimore, Maryland (Independent City)
Mrs. Sherlene BRENZEL of Louisville, Ky
four sons:
Wesley WHITWORTH of Irvington, Ky
Lee WHITWORTH of Richmond, Virginia
Willis WHITWORTH, Jr. of Cloverport, Ky
Franklin WHITWORTH of Custer, Ky (Breckinridge County)
two sisters:
Mrs. Maggie CARMAN of Custer, Ky
Mrs. Catherine BAILEY of Richmond, Virginia
one brother:
Hobart CARMAN of Irvington, Ky
32 grandchildren and one great grandchild
     Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 28, 1970 from the 
Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington.  Burial was in the Hensley Cemetery.
