OBITUARY

     Cliva (Judge) WHITWORTH, age 83, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, 
died on Wednesday, December 25, 1985, at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, 
Hardinsburg, after a short illness.  He was born on October 31, 1902 in 
Breckinridge County, a son of the late John and Sarah Elizabeth KINNISON 
WHITWORTH.  He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by:
two children, James WHITWORTH and Mrs. Lorene CARMAN
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Vennie LASLIE WHITWORTH
one daughter:
Mrs. Mary Helen QUIGGINS of Franklin, Indiana
two sisters:
Mrs. Edna ELLIOTT of Hudson, Ky
Mrs. Heidi (should be Hildah) WARFIELD of Leitchfield, Ky
9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held on Friday, December 27, 1985 at the Hudson 
United Methodist Church.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery, under the direction 
of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.
