OBITUARY

     James C. WHITWORTH, age 55, of Locust Hill, Ky., in Breckinridge County, 
died on Saturday, December 3, 1983, at Baptist East Hospital, Louisville.
     WHITWORTH, a farmer, was born in Breckinridge Couty on January 22, 1928, a 
son of Cliva and Vennie LESLIE WHITWORTH of Hudson, who survive.
Surviving in addition to his parents are:
his wife, Mrs. Thelma MINTON WHITWORTH
three daughters:
Mrs. Wanda LUCAS of Garfield, Ky
Mrs. Phyllis BRADLEY of Ekron, Ky
Ms. Betty WHITWORTH of Locust Hill, Ky
two sons:
Dewane WHITWORTH of Locust Hill, Ky
Darryl WHITWORTH of Locust Hill, Ky
one sister:
Ms. Mary Helen QUIGGINS of Franklin, Indiana
one granddaughter
     Services were conducted on Tuesday, December 6, 1983 at the Hudson United 
Methodist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
