OBITUARY
     JERRI DEEANN WHITWORTH, age 3 months, died on Friday, May 24, 1996, at 
Kosair Children's Hospital, Louisville, Ky.  She was born February 25, 1996 in 
Grayson County, Jerri was the daughter of Jerry "Buck" and Connie COLLARD 
WHITWORTH of Harned, Ky.
     Jerri is also survived by:
one brother
three grandmothers
three grandfathers
     Funeral services were conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 
1996...............................the rest of the column from the newspaper is 
torn off.  But there is a hand written note at the bottom of the obituary where 
someone wrote "FREEDOM CEMETERY"
  

     






Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church & Cemetery; Directions:  Turn North 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.
