OBITUARY, Page 8, Column 2
     Shelby W. WILLIAMS, age 84 of Hudson in Breckinridge County, died on 
Friday September 7, 1979 in Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County.  Mr. 
WILLIAMS was born June 15, 1895 in Breckinridge County, a son of the late 
Clayton & Nancy TUCKER WILLIAMS.  He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Lura WILLIAMS
two daughters:
Mrs. Daniel (Jeanette) DRANE of Hudson, Ky
Mrs. Thomas (Eleanor) WALTON of Washington, Georgia (Wilkes County)
three sons:
Phillip WILLIAMS of Chula Vista, California (San Diego County)
Lowell WILLIAMS of Buckingham, Virginia (Buckingham County)
Marion WILLIAMS of Orlando, Florida (Orange County)
one sister:
Mrs. Dimple CRITCHFIELD
five brothers:
E. M. WILLIAMS
Dallas WILLIAMS
Delza WILLIAMS
Albert WILLIAMS
Newton WILLIAMS
16 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held on Monday, September 10, 1979 from the 
Fairview United Methodist Church under the direction of the Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial followed in the church cemetery.
