Mr. Willoughby was born October 20, 1915, in Breckinridge County, a son of the late Alvie Willoughby and Artie Mae Shreve Willoughby. He was a truck driver and member of the Salvation Army Church in Owensboro. Mr. Willoughby was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Willoughby, on May 9, 1981. Survivors include two sisters, Lucy Simmons and Viola Hylton, both of Falls of Rough; and three brothers, Garland Willoughby of Falls of Rough, Raleigh Willoughby and Paul Lee Willoughby of Fordsville. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 11, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Daviess County with the Rev. Danny Vincent and Mike Vincent officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Harl Funeral Home in Fordsville. Ohio County Times-News, Hartford, Ky Page 4-A, issue dated Thursday, February 11, 1993 Jesse J. Willoughby, 77, of 1651 West Fourth Street, Owensboro, died Monday, February 8 (1993), at the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Breckinridge County and was a retired truck driver and a member of the Salvation Army Church in Owensboro. His wife, Marie Willoughby, died in May 1981. Survivors include three brothers, Garlen Willoughby of Falls of Rough, Raleigh and Paul Lee Willoughby, both of Fordsville; two sisters, Lucy Simmons and Viola Hylton both of Falls of Rough; and several nieces and nephews. Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at Macedonia Baptist Church, Daviess County, with burial in the church cemetery. Harl Funeral Home, Fordsville, is in charge of arrangements.
