ACCIDENT CLAIMS LIFE OF HUDSON RESIDENT
HUDSON -- A Breckinridge County man was killed in a one-vehicle accident two 
miles east of Hudson around 1 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2006.
     According to a report from Kentucky State Police Post 4, James R. "Jim" 
WINEKA, age 41, was westbound on KY 84 when his vehicle ran off the right side 
of the road.  It jumped a driveway and struck a tree.  WINEKA was pronounced 
dead at the scene by the Breckinridge County Coroner.

JAMES RICHARD "JIM" WINEKA  1964 -- 2006
     James Richard "Jim" WINEKA, age 41, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, 
died on Saturday, April 8, 2006 near Hudson.  He was born September 24, 1964 in 
Ironton, Ohio in Lawrence County, the son of James Harold and Iris June PAYNE 
WINEKA.  He was self-employed building construction and enjoyed fishing and 
hunting.
He is survived by:
his wife, Debbie WINEKA of Hudson, Ky
one daughter
two step-daughters
his parents
one granddaughter
one sister and brother-in-law
two nephews
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at the Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, and burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
