OBITUARY

MRS. MILDRED MAE WISE  1933-1998
     Mrs. Mildred Mae WISE, age 64, of Brandenburg, Ky., in Meade County, died on 
Monday, March 23, 1998 at Vencor Hospital in Louisville.
     She was born in Breckinridge County on August 8, 1933, the daughter of 
Russell T. MERCER and Bessie KIPER MERCER.  Mrs. Wise was an EMT, and had worked 
with the Meade County Ambulance Service and Meade County Dispatch.
She is survived by:
her husband, Mr. Roy C. WISE of Brandenburg, Ky
her mother, Mrs. Bessie MERCER of Hudson, Ky
     Eastern Star service was held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 1998, by the 
Vine Grove Eastern Star Chapter #122, from the chapel of Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral 
Home.
     Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. March 26, 1998 at the chapel of 
Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home, with burial in the Hudson Cemetery.
