James Hobert Young, age 73 of Madrid,KY died Thursday,3-22-2007 at his 
residence.  He was born in Breckinridge County,KY on 12-18-1933, the son of the 
late Hobert and Era Tucker Young. He was a carpenter, a member of Cloverport 
Baptist Church and a Mason.
 
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and  playing music.
 
James is survived by his wife  of 18 years - Madge Bryant Young of Madrid,KY
a daughter & son-in-law: Tammy & Tim Rogers - Madrid,KY
4 stepchildren: Monica Ball and her husband Jim of Cloverport,KY
Judy Whitley and her husband Rex of Madrid,KY
Davye Duggins and his wife Sue of Kingswood,KY
Sammy Duggins and his wife Brenda of Hardinsburg,KY
1 brother - William Young of Madrid,KY
1 grandson - James Tyler Rogers
15 step grandchildren
22 step great grandchildren
 
Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1PM CDT at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home 
in Hardinsburg,KY with burial in the Glen Dean Cemetery. Visitation will be 
held on Saturday from 3:30 - 8:00PM CDT and after 10:00 AM CDT Sunday. Memorial 
contributions are requested to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.
