This article ran in the July 24, 1985 edition of the Breckinridge Herald News 
newspaper.

OLD PHOTO IDENTIFIED

Wilbur Hoskinson, Lillie Pile, and Owen Lockard and several others in the 
Custer community gathered together and identified the old photograph which 
appeared in last week's edition and most of the persons in it.

The group said the photograph is the Custer Elementary School year of 1915, 
taken in the village of Custer on Road 690 south on the land at present owned 
by Wilbur Hoskinson.

Noah Hoskinson is the teacher standing to the left of the children and Bessie 
Brown standing right of the children.
