This indenture made and entered into this the 12th day July of 1875 by and 
between Thomas R Moorman and Lucy H Moorman his wife formerly Lucy H. McCay all 
of Hardin county Kentucky of the first part and Jesse J Stith, A R Morris and 
John N Clarkson of the second part, Trustees of Methodist Episcopal Church 
South and Parsonage.  Witnessith that the parties for and in consideration of 
the sum eleven hundred and fifty dollars paid and to be paid as follows: One 
hundred and fifty dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby 
acknowledged and three hundred dollars due the first day October 1875 and three 
hundred dollars due the first day October 1876 to bear interest six percent 
from the first day October 1875 until paid.  The parties of the first part has 
this day sold and by their presents doth sell and convey to the said trustees 
and their successors the following described house and lot in the town of Big 
Spring county of Hardin and State of Kentucky and being a part of a track of 
land deeded to
