Most who worked are descendants of those buried there, inhabitants of Falls of Rough in the 18th and 19th centuries. The first burial in the cemetery was in 1830. The last burial was in 1900. Planning committee members are Wayne Meador, Bob Meador, Geraldine Schneider, Murray Tate, Ron Willis, and Francis Keenan. The group intends to continue with the restoration process by raising buried markers, removing debris and planting grass seed, repairing broken markers and cataloguing the engraved markers, replacing the fence around the cemetery, and erecting a sign bearing the cemetery's name. Additional Comments: This picture came from the Breckinridge County Herald-News newspaper, Wed. May 3, 2000, pg. 3. At present, the condition of the cemetery is unknown (5/28/2007).
