Motion and sec. that the temporary chairman of this meeting be made the 
permanent chairman.
Motion and sec. that the temporary clerk of this meeting be made the permanent 
clerk.

Devotional Exercise conducted by Revl J. V. Lewis. Scripture Reading _____1st 
Chapter.
Motion and sec. that the chair appoint a committee of three to draft a program 
for this meeting.  The committee prepared a programme which was adopted as 
follows,
(1)	Reading the letters of those going into the organization of the church
(2)	Examination of church covenant
(3)	Examination of Article of Faith
(4)	Constitutional Prayer J. Duggins
Right hand of fellowship by the council recognizing this as Baptist Church.

Letters of those going into the organization were read.  Motion and sec. that 
they are satisfactory to the council.

Motion and sec. that the church comments adopted by the church is satisfactory 
to the council

Motion and sec. that the articles of faith adopted by the church are 
satisfactory to the council

Constitutional Prayer led by Rev. J. Diggins.  Next the hand of fellowship was 
extended recognizing this body
as a Baptist Church.  The programme  _________ended the council adjourned,
