Mr. Jeremiah Henderson BASHAM who was born in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, not 
in Daviess County, Kentucky, was listed on Ancestry.com's database, Indiana, 
Death Certificates, 1899 to 2011 under the name:
J. H. HASHAM
Also, his mother's name is given here as Ellen HEGGS.  This is incorrect.  Sarah 
Ellen HIGGS was his wife.  She was born in Kentucky, not in Virginia.  I do not 
know the name of Jeremiah's mother.  His father was Cary Jackson "Jack" BASHAM.

I have found 14 children's names for Jeremiah and Sarah BASHAM.  Also on the 1900 
census Sarah stated she had 13 children with 11 living.  So, all together, they 
had 16 children.  Here are the names of the living children with the year they 
were born and year died:

I have found 10 death certificates, one obituary, Social Security Records, and 
cemetery records for verification so I could post the information on the 
Breckinridge, Hancock, and Daviess County's Archives sites.
