Ancestry.com's database: Ky, Death Records, 1852 to 1964, lists him as Juilus 
BASHAM.  His first name was hard to read, but I believe his name was Eulus on his 
origional death Certificate.  His full name was Julius Ulysses BASHAM, and Eulus 
was his nickname.
The son of Jeremiah Henderson BASHAM and Sarah Ellen HIGGS.
