Additional Comments:
Daniel Hardin Basham is a son of Francis (Frank) Basham and Thursia Hardin.  He 
first married Missouri Jane Shaw, daughter of Jesse M. Shaw and Catherine 
(Kittie) Ringer, on 29 Nov 1855, in Breckinridge County, Kentucky.  Missouri 
Jane Shaw died on 14 Sep 1867.  Daniel Hardin Basham subsequently married a 
woman named Frances.  While this researcher has not yet located the marriage 
record for this couple, Daniel's second wife has been reported by other 
researchers to be Frances Adkins (Atkins?) Vandergriff, widow of John 
Vandergriff.
