Breckinridge County, Ky Cemeteries, Vol. 1, published in 1991:
#0224  Henry Miller Cemetery #4, also known as Tates Chapel Cemetery, 
located at Hardinsburg, Route #3, off Highway 992, one mile before the Rock 
Quarry across a field on right.  Many unmarked graves.  No longer accepting 
burials.
