There was no filing date listed.

Additional Comments:
I could not find any information on Jewell's father, Chris Jones who died on 4 
Feb, 1911.  Belle McCANN JONES gave Chris's death date when she married for the 
second time to Mortimer D. PUMPHREY on January 18, 1915 in Perry County, Indiana.  
Belle and Mort D. PUMPHREY lived in Cloverport, Ky for many years.  I did not 
check census to see if Belle had anymore children by Chris JONES.  
NOTE:  See Belle's obituary on this site.  Possibly, Belle is also buried at the 
Shoemaker Cemetery.
