I checked the date twice, and it gives the burial date as July 19, 1923, 7 
days after death.

I did not find Cornelia Eugene Miller at any Miller Cemetery:

#0221  Lyons Cemetery #2, located on Ky Highway 105, 1 1/2 miles west of 
McQuady on right side of road going away from McQuady.
MILLER, Cornelia Eugene  30 Aug 1852 -- 12 Jul 1923  wife of L. H.
        Lafayette H.     11 Feb 1847 -- 27 Apr 1906  husband of Cornelia
Notice the birth dates on her death certificate and tombstone do not match, 
but her name and death date do match.
