I believe she is Kansas Hayes BASHAM SMILEY.  I did not find a tombstone for her 
at Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery, located at SeRee, in Breckinridge 
County, Ky.  Her husband, Robert Lee SMILEY, is listed here with a tombstone.  I 
wonder if the transcriber accidently forgot to write down the information for his 
wife, if they have a double tombstone?
