Father's birthplace was initially indicated as "Kentucky," which is crossed out 
and replaced with "Virginia."  Mother's middle name was initially identified 
as "Holbert," which was crossed out and replaced with "Toliver."

Additional Comments:
Armistead Reed Watlington, nicknamed "Omps," was born on 29 November 1854 in 
Breckinridge County, Kentucky, to Nathaniel Reed Watlington (born in Virginia) 
and Judith Tolliver Cox (born in Breckinridge County, Kentucky).  He never 
married.  Armistead Reed Watlington is buried at Union Star Cemetery, Union 
Star, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.  The "N. Watlington" identified on the 
death certificate as the informant is likely Omps' brother Nathaniel Hugh 
Watlington.
