A note written on the death certificate for Granvil WILSON by Dr. J.S. 
Shoemaker, Kingswood, Ky:
    "He (Granvil) was working with several men when he droped dead.  Expired 
in a few minutes.  Family gave a history of heart disease."

I did not fill in Granvil WILSON'S birth date, because the doctor placed his 
death date where his birth date should be on the certificate.  Birth and death 
dates were the same.  The doctor did not mark gender, race, or marital status 
for Granville WILSON either.
