Celia Dowell (or Dow) Basham was the daughter of Henry Dowell Basham (born in 
Virginia, likely Bedford County) and Cassandra Hardin (born in Breckinridge 
County, Kentucky).  She married dentist Hiram S. Woods (on 25 May 1874, 
Breckinridge County, Kentucky?), and the pair had three children -- Walter 
Watts Woods, Annie Woods and Bertha Woods.  The individual indicated on Celia's 
death certificate as the informant, Mrs. Geo. W. Stone, is likely Celia's 
sister Martha A. Basham Stone, who married George Washington Stone and resided 
in Leitchfield.
