Breckinridge County Circuit Court, 10/1900
Benjamin Huffines, plaintiff, vs Della Huffines, defendant
 
This cause having been submitted for judgment, upon the pleadings and proof 
files, and the court being now sufficiently advised, it is adjudged by the 
court that the plaintiff, Benjamin Huffines, be and he is hereby absolutely 
divorced and the bonds of matrimony are absolved from the defendant, Della 
Huffines, and he is restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmarried 
man, and this cause is now stricken from the docket. -- dated 17th October 
1900.

A copy of this decree was supplied to me by the folks at the Breckinridge 
County Archives. I am seeking the child of this marriage, Ermine Huffines aka 
Ermine Ammons.
